Diary Of The Dead
"Diary Of The Dead" is an independent horror film written, produced and directed by famed "Dead" saga director George A. Romero.
According to Romero, "Diary Of The Dead" is not the fifth film chronologically in director George A. Romero's "Dead" movie series. However, in "an attempt to reestablish a lucrative franchise, "Diary Of The Dead" is, technically and philosophically, a reboot of the myth.
Even though the fourth "Dead" film was studio produced through Universal Studios, "Diary of the Dead" was produced by Romero's and his producer friend Peter Grunwald's Romero-Grunwald Productions with Artfire Films and will be released stateside by Voltage Pictures.
The "Diary Of The Dead" plot involves a group of film school students who are filming a horror movie in the wilderness, and are attacked by zombies. It takes place during the same night as Night of the Living Dead. It gives a new perspective on the whole phenomenon as the students learn about the zombies through first-hand experience as opposed to the people locked up in the farmhouse in the first "Dead" film, "Night of the Living Dead."

- Ryan Reynolds, (not to be confused with Ryan Gosling), stars as Will Hayes, a 30-something Manhattan dad in the midst of a divorce when his 10 year-old daughter, Maya (Abigail Breslin), starts to question him about his life before marriage. Maya wants to know absolutely everything about how her parents met and fell in love. Will's story begins in 1992, as a young, starry-eyed aspiring politician who moves to New York from Wisconsin in order to work on the Clinton campaign. For Maya, Will relives his past as an idealistic young man learning the ins and outs of big city politics, and recounts the history of his romantic relationships with three very different women.
Will hopelessly attempts a "PG" version of his story for his daughter and changes the names so Maya has to guess who is the woman her father finally married. Is her mother Will's college sweetheart, the dependable girl next-door Emily (Elizabeth Banks)? Is she his longtime best friend and confidante, the apolitical April (Isla Fisher)? Or is she the free-spirited but ambitious journalist Summer (Rachel Weisz)?
As Maya puts together the pieces of her dad's romantic puzzle, she begins to understand that love is not so simple or easy. And as Will tells her his tale, Maya helps him to understand that it's definitely never too late to go back...and maybe even possible to find a happy ending.
The reversed story of "Mamma Mia The Movie" but a few months earlier and without Meryl Streep and the music.

The Forbidden Kingdom
"Forbidden Kingdom" - In "Forbidden Kingdom," American teenager Jason (Michael Angarano, "Black Irish"), who is obsessed with Hong Kong cinema and kungfu classics, finds an antique Chinese staff in a pawn shop: the legendary stick weapon of the Chinese sage and warrior, the Monkey King (Jet Li). With the lost relic in hand, Jason unexpectedly finds himself transported back to ancient China. There, he meets the drunken kungfu master, Lu Yan (Jackie Chan); an enigmatic and skillful Silent Monk (Jet Li); and a vengeance-bent kungfu beauty, Golden Sparrow (Crystal Liu Yi Fei), who lead him on his quest to return the staff to its rightful owner, the Monkey King - imprisoned in stone by the evil Jade Warlord (Collin Chou) for five hundred years. "Fool's Gold" - Ben "Finn" Finnegan (Matthew McConaughey) is an affable, modern-day treasure hunter who is obsessed with finding the legendary 18th century Queen's Dowry--40 chests of priceless treasure that was lost at sea in 1715. In his quest, Finn has sunk everything he has, including his marriage to Tess (Kate Hudson). Just as Tess has begun to rebuild her life, working aboard a mega-yacht owned by billionaire Nigel Honeycutt (Donald Sutherland), Finn discovers a vital clue to the treasure's whereabouts. The film also reunites Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson, who had previously teamed on the romantic comedy "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days."Sounds like a combo of "How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days" and "Sahara," two Matthew McConaughey box office bombs. When will the sexiest man alive get a great movie? Well, maybe never. Certainly not with "Fool's Gold." Because Matthew McConaughey is not a great actor. And "Fool's Gold" is one of the most foolish movies in recent memory.

Last week my favorite koreanovela ends, of course most of the love story ends with an happy ending, what I liked about the movie was the story, and its soundtrack, I love their soundtrack every time the song played (mostly in instrumental). It is originally sung by “The Bread” though they translate it into their own language (Korean) I love Song very much. “Lost Without Your Love” I dedicate this song to my one and only love of a lifetime…

"Spiral"
"Spiral" - In "Spiral" a reclusive telemarketer has only one semblance of a friend: His telecommuter boss. But the telemarketer's social circle seems to improve greatly when a whimsical co-worker enters his life. Only, as he begins to sketch his new friend's portrait, disturbing "voices" from the phone man's past threaten to lead him into a network of destruction.

"The Eye"
"The Eye" - Sydney Wells (Jessica Alba) is an accomplished, independent, Los Angeles-based concert violinist. She is also blind, and has been so since a childhood tragedy. As our story opens, Sydney undergoes a double corneal transplant, a surgery she has waited her whole life to have, and her sight is restored. After the surgery, neural ophthalmologist Dr. Paul Faulkner (Alessandro Nivola) helps Sydney with the difficult adjustment, and with the support of her older sister Helen (Parker Posey), Sydney learns to see again. But Sydney's happiness is short-lived as unexplainable shadowy and frightening images start to haunt her. Are they a passing aftermath of her surgery, Sydney's mind adjusting to sight, a product of her imagination, or something horrifyingly real? As Sydney's family and friends begin to doubt her sanity, Sydney is soon convinced that her anonymous eye donor has somehow opened the door to a terrifying world only she can now see.
"The Eye" is a bone-chilling supernatural thriller that tests the boundaries of perception and reality.

"When Did You Last See Your Father?"
"When Did You Last See Your Father?" - Arthur Morrison (Jim Broadbent), and his wife Kim (Juliet Stevenson), are GPs in the same medical practice in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. They have two children, Gillian (Claire Skinner), and her older brother Blake (Colin Firth), from whose perspective the story is told. Blake is 40, married with two children, an established author, and having to face the fact that his father is terminally ill. The film opens during a summer bank holiday family trip in the late 1950s. Arthur hits the hard shoulder to skip a long queue of traffic at a car racing event, and eight year old Blake, and the rest of the family, are crippled with embarrassment. It's the first of many flashbacks that illustrate Arthur's bluff attitude to life and his pride in getting something for nothing. These childhood episodes also introduce Beaty (Sarah Lancashire) and her daughter, Josie. It soon becomes clear that Beaty and Arthur are more than just friends and that Josie is potentially Arthur's child. Adult Blake strives to find out the truth about Josie, and in doing so uncovers the interesting parameters of his father's marriage. The essence of this father and son relationship is further expressed through flashbacks to Blake's teens - a family holiday, a fumbled affair with the au pair - where the awkward and introverted Blake is constantly crushed by his father's flirtatious ways and need to be the centre of attention. There are happy and tender memories too; of Arthur teaching Blake to drive, a camping trip in the rain, and Arthur saying goodbye to Blake as he leaves for university. In the present it becomes clear that Arthur still dominates his grown-up son, a dynamic to which Blake is resigned much to his wife, Kathy's (Gina McKee) annoyance. But when he and his family confront the reality of Arthur's cancer, Blake is forced to reconcile himself with the past. Blake's recollections are interspersed with heart-rending and often uncompromising scenes of Arthur's decline and submission to the disease that is killing him. It is ironic that Arthur's battle with his failing health is paralleled by Blake's struggle to come to terms with their relationship but there's a human inevitability here we can all identify with. It is only after Arthur's death; only when the tears come, that Blake is finally able to make peace with his memories.
